Tordis has been indexing and proofreading for over 20 years. She trained as an indexer in the UK, worked as the Picture Editor at the NZ Listener and has completed several writing courses through Whitireia Polytechnic. She was the winner of the ANZSI Indexing Medal for 2004 for the biography of Toss Woollaston. Tordis has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and is experienced in working with academic texts. She has worked for major publishers and companies including Te Papa Press, Victoria University Press, Ministry of Health, Learning Media and Awa Press. |

Vicki has worked as a proofreader and report writer for over 15 years with various companies and publishers including Market Pulse, MedSpec, Te Papa Press and Ministry of Health. Her first children’s novel was the winner of the Tom Fitzgibbon Award 2006, was published by Scholastic NZ in 2007 and was listed on the Children’s Literature Foundation’s Notable Books 2008. She is a qualified teacher and has completed a variety of writing courses. |
